I was preparing for a 6000 mile trip in my 2004 Holiday Rambler navigator when I noticed and remembered that the slide out awning cover track on the bedroom slide had pulled loose from the motorhome in two places. I knew I didn’t have enough time to work on it myself, so I called Kevin at road runner Rv who happened to be out of town at the moment, but said he would meet with me the next day. He came out and looked over the situation and said he would be back the next day because he needed help to make the necessary repairs. When he came back they went straight to work. When the work was finished, the job was done extremely well. Kevin is very meticulous in his work. Kevin is amazing!
I’m putting this review on for my parents, Mavis and Gerald their AC went out while they were in Saint Augustine and their RV and they really didn’t know what to do.

We live in our 5 th wheel full time in St Augustine. Both of the a/c units went out in  98 degree heat. Called Road Runner the a.m. and Kevin was there by 1 p.m. One unit had shorted out and Kevin replaced the burned out wires and got it running. The other needed a new capacitor which had to be ordered. He was back in 2days and that unit was fixed. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin. his integrity, the quality of his work and his more than reasonble charges.
